This static book reader does not load analytics by default.

The build script only adds Google Analytics when GOOGLE_ANALYTICS_ID is set in the environment. It then writes assets/analytics.js from viewer/analytics.js, the GA4 loader shared by every diegoromero.es site.

Google Analytics only starts if you accept it in the cookie notice. Until then nothing is sent to Google and no analytics cookie is stored. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the foot of every page; rejecting deletes the _ga cookies. Your choice applies to every site on diegoromero.es. If you accept, IP anonymization is on and Google signals and ad personalisation are off. Local and preview builds never send anything. The cookies, their duration and your rights are described in the cookie policy.

The book chat, when enabled, sends the user's question and recent chat context to the configured OpenAI API endpoint so it can answer from the indexed canonical chapters. It should not be enabled without a clear disclosure on the published site.
